How are plants packed?
Each plant is secured in its pot, wrapped in recycled paper and boxed to prevent damage in transit.

What if my plant arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you.

Which plants are pet-safe?
Look for the pet-safe badge. Areca palms and many succulents are safe for cats and dogs.

How often should I water?
It depends on the plant. Your care guide gives a simple schedule and our growers are happy to help.

Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes, from our Portland shop. Choose pick-up at checkout.

Can I send a plant as a gift?
Yes. Add a message and we will include a handwritten card.
